Shipping policy
We usually use Express Mail Service for the international deliveries. All orders are free shipping. Usually, If every item in your order is in stock, goods will be shipped out 2-3 days after receiving the order. Please allow around 5-8 working days from dispatch. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.If you cancel your order by yourself for no reason ,sorry to deduct 20$ handling charge.
Returns
All MBT trainers shoes sold by our store are covered by 30 days manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason in 48 hours on receiving. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels.We will credit your original method of payment,excluding delivery and 15% re-stocking/processing fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exchanges
To exchange MBT trainers shoes, you must email us and inform us the reason in 48 hours on receiving. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packages and labels.
